One khutbah each Friday. The hall fills early — arriving before the khutbah begins is the safest way to get a place inside.
Who we are
A masjid on Columbus Trail
Bayt Al-Karim is a masjid of the Islamic Association of Fort Worth, on Columbus Trail in the southwest of the city.
The building is open for all five daily prayers in congregation and for Jumu'ah each Friday. Alongside the prayers we run a Qur'an class for children and a family night for the whole community.
The Islamic Association of Fort Worth is a non-profit organization, supported entirely by the community it serves. If you are new to the area, new to Islam, or simply curious and want to sit at the back and watch, you have a place here.

Programs
Alongside the five daily prayers, the masjid runs a Sunday school, a weekly programme with the imam, and a monthly community night.

Bayt Al-Karim Islamic School
Qur'an studies, Islamic studies, seerah, and soccer training. Open to boys and girls. Nurturing faith, building knowledge, inspiring futures.
Last Friday of the month
Family night
Dinner 45 minutes before the Maghrib adhan, followed by a lecture from Maghrib until Isha. A different shaykh joins us each month.
Sundays · between Maghrib & Isha
Aqeedah class
Taught by Shaykh Hussain, covering the foundations of Islamic belief. Open to all, no registration needed.
Monday & Wednesday
Weekly sessions with Dr. Ahmed Abouseif
A full evening of teaching, from Asr through to after Isha.

Utilities, upkeep, and the daily running of the building. Recurring gifts of any size keep the doors open.
First time here
What to expect
You do not need to know anything or be anyone in particular to come inside. Here is the practical part, so nothing catches you off guard.

Shoes
Shoes come off before the carpet. There are racks at the entrance. Socks are a good idea in winter.

What to wear
Modest and comfortable — long trousers or a skirt, sleeves covering the shoulders. Women are asked to cover their hair inside the prayer hall.

Wudu
Washing areas are inside, past the shoe racks. If you are not sure where to go, ask anyone — they will show you.

If you're not Muslim
You are welcome to sit at the back and observe any prayer. Nobody will ask you to participate or convert. Please ask before taking photographs.

Children
Children are part of the masjid, not a disruption to it. Bring them.

Jumu'ah
Friday is the busiest prayer of the week. Come early if you can — the hall fills before the khutbah begins.
